Vegan Weight Loss Smoothie


 

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate - 100 gms
  • Apple (peeled, roughly chopped)
  • Banana (chopped)
  • Kiwi (peeled)
  • Ground flaxseed - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Unsweetened almond/coconut/soy milk - 120 ml
  • Strawberries - 4 pcs (if available)
Instruction
  • Start with, putting all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until it turns into smooth.
  • Add grounded flaxseed on the top and serve immediately.
  • Else you can keep it on the fridge for later.
