Ingredients
- Pomegranate - 100 gms
- Apple (peeled, roughly chopped)
- Banana (chopped)
- Kiwi (peeled)
- Ground flaxseed - 1 tbsp
- Fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Unsweetened almond/coconut/soy milk - 120 ml
- Strawberries - 4 pcs (if available)
Instruction
- Start with, putting all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until it turns into smooth.
- Add grounded flaxseed on the top and serve immediately.
- Else you can keep it on the fridge for later.
